TEKsystems is recruiting for a Universal Customer Service Advisor to support a renowned luxury automotive brand in Warren, MI. This contract role offers hybrid on-site and remote work after training, with a schedule designed to cover business hours and occasional weekends.

You will resolve complex customer inquiries, troubleshoot connectivity and infotainment issues, and collaborate with dealers and internal teams to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage cases from start to resolution with timely updates.
• Handle inquiries on customer assistance, programs, connected services, EV tech, and ownership.
• Troubleshoot vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, infotainment, and mobile apps.
• Support dealership partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Document interactions and case activity accurately.
• Meet and exceed satisfaction, SLAs, and performance goals.
• Contribute to luxury service excellence and continuous improvement.
