Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury-level customer service across multiple channels.
• Handle customer cases with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Research and resolve customer concerns with creative and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, Wi‑Fi, infotainment, and mobile apps related issues.
• Assist customers, dealerships, field personnel, and internal partners with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members on escalated situations and root-causes.
• Attend quality sessions and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for satisfaction and resolution goals.
