You will handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care, scheduling service and sales appointments and following up to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule service and sales appointments for our luxury dealerships.
• Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in our Dealership Management System.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University.
