Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group's Luxury Customer Concierge Center in Charlotte is seeking a motivated individual to handle inbound and outbound communications for our luxury dealership network. You will schedule service and sales appointments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking in a tech-enabled environment, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and a warm, professional phone presence.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced tech-enabled environment.
• Proficient with computers and email.
• Positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level service via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule service and sales appointments for luxury dealerships.
• Follow up on appointment outcomes for a seamless customer experience.
• Log all interactions accurately in the Dealership Management System.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training through Hendrick University.
