Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Luxury Customer Concierge to be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships in Charlotte. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails with a focus on outstanding service.

This role offers a $20.00/hour base pay plus performance bonuses, with annual earnings potential of $42,000–$47,000. Training is provided, and growth certifications are rewarded as you advance within Hendrick University.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level service via phone, text, and email for luxury dealership customers.
• Schedule service and sales appointments for luxury brands.
• Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Log all customer interactions in the Dealership Management System.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Participate in training and development through Hendrick University.

What You'll Earn

• $20.00/hour base pay

Your Schedule

We operate multiple shifts to serve our customers, and schedules vary by team. All teammates should be available to work 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday, with shifts falling within a 7:30 am–6:00 pm window. Saturdays rotate — you'll work every other Saturday with a weekday off in exchange. Your specific shift will be confirmed during the hiring process.

What You'll Do

As a Luxury Customer Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships — handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.

• Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University
