Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group's Luxury Customer Concierge Center in Charlotte seeks a Hospitality-focused professional to handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails with a high level of service. You’ll schedule appointments, follow up on outcomes, and maintain accurate records in our system while thriving in a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting.

You’ll receive 12-week paid training, growth certifications, and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
• Computer and email proficiency.
• A positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Availability Monday-Saturday within the 7:30 am-6:00 pm window.
• Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships via phone, text, and email.
• Deliver concierge-level service and schedule service and sales appointments.
• Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Log all customer interactions in the Dealership Management System.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive team environment.
