Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a skilled and reliable culinary professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding production requirements and quality standards.

This role involves setting up stations, preparing advance items within estimated needs, operating and cleaning fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers and grills, following proper food rotation and storage procedures, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation. Rate of Pay: $32.96/hr.

Qualifications

• Intermediate culinary knowledge is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible schedule, morning/afternoon/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items according to guest orders and production requirements.
• Set up stations for service and prepare advance items within estimated needs.
