Job summary

Sheraton Boston Needham is seeking an AM Breakfast cook to support breakfast, room service, Grab & Go, and dinner services at our hotel in Needham Heights, MA. The role requires flexibility to work across Monday–Sunday, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include preparing recipes, maintaining sanitation, labeling items, opening/closing the kitchen when supervisors are absent, and coordinating with the next shift for prep and inventory.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with schedule and ability to adjust to hotel needs.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards.
• Understanding of kitchen machinery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Follow recipes for breakfast, room service, Grab & Go and dinner menus.
• Open and close kitchen in absence of supervisors.
• Prepare dressings and cold sauces and ensure inventory for next shift.
• Assist with banquet preparation and event setups.
• Supervise dishwashers and pantry staff as needed.
