StepStone-Hospitality-Inc in Needham, MA is seeking an AM Breakfast cook to join our hotel kitchen team. The role requires preparing breakfast items, room service, Grab and Go, and dinner menus according to recipes while maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Cover label and date all food products.
• Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of supervisors.
• Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items including breakfast, room service, Grab and Go, and dinner menus.
• Report out of stock items to the supervisor.
• Prepare for the next shift, and ensure there is inventory.
• Help set-up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
• Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
• Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.
• Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.
• Assist with banquet preparation, as needed.
