You will contribute to cost control, food safety, and a collaborative kitchen culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or culinary training.
• Minimum of three years of culinary experience with intermediate-to-advanced knowledge.
• Proficient in operating, maintaining, and cleaning a wide range of kitchen equipment.
• Strong knife skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per guest orders with consistent quality.
• Work all stations on the line with pace and accuracy during high-volume service.
• Set up stations, mis en place, and ensure proper portions.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety across kitchen areas.
• Control food waste and monitor temperatures; rotate and date containers.
• Support cost-control efforts and uphold Four Seasons culinary standards.
