La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Conference Services Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute assigned group meetings and events. The role is the primary client contact after sales, guiding programs from turnover to final billing with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in conference services, catering or event planning.
• Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned group meetings and events.
• Serve as primary hotel contact from turnover through final billing.
• Coordinate guestroom blocks, meeting space, catering, AV, transportation, and decor.
• Lead planning meetings, site visits, and pre-convention activities.
• Ensure accurate billing, timelines, and client communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, Finance and other departments.
