Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is seeking a Conference Services Manager to create memorable experiences for guests and coordinate events from planning through execution. This role serves as the liaison between clients and the hotel, ensuring detailed planning and smooth supervision of assigned groups and events.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills with precise attention to detail.
• At least 2 years experience in event coordination, corporate group or social event planning.
• Menu and wine knowledge preferred.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Distribute detailed event orders, group resumes, and diagrams.
• Oversee event planning meetings with clients and vendors.
• Manage onsite event coordination and supervise groups and events.
• Approve final group billing arrangements.
• Report to the Director of Conference Services.
