Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing for La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa. You will lead the sales and marketing strategy, coach a professional team, and engage key accounts to grow revenue in downtown Santa Fe.

You will partner with Operations, Revenue Management, and Marriott resources to achieve business objectives, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving market share growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Director of Sales & Marketing or senior hotel sales leader.
• Strong knowledge of group and corporate sales with proven growth.
• Marriott brand experience preferred.
• Santa Fe market experience preferred.
• Experience in large, full-service hotels with significant group/meeting business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team with a culture of accountability and urgency.
• Build relationships with corporate accounts, meeting planners, associations, government, travel partners, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue Management, Crescent leadership, and Marriott resources to achieve objectives.
• Develop the hotel’s annual Sales & Marketing Plan and oversee forecasts; drive revenue opportunities.
• Maintain active involvement with key accounts and participate in presentations, site visits, events, and business development.
