Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is seeking a Conference Services Manager to create memorable experiences for guests by coordinating and supervising events. The role acts as the liaison between clients and the hotel, providing detailed planning, on-site coordination, and final billing oversight.

Reports to the Director of Conference Services. You will need strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional events in a luxury environment while maintaining guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or corporate group planning.
• Refined verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury environment and guest satisfaction priority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise assigned groups and events.
• Distribute event orders, group resumes, and diagrams.
• Lead onsite event coordination and client meetings.
• Collaborate with clients, planners, and vendors.
