Job summary

Greystar’s THEA at Metropolis in Los Angeles is seeking a courteous Concierge to greet residents, answer calls, coordinate packages, and support events. This full-time role includes a housing discount for onsite team members and requires weekend availability.

You will manage guest services, schedule deliveries, and maintain local area knowledge to assist residents. 1–2 years of concierge or luxury high-rise customer service is preferred, with strong communication skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Concierge experience, preferably in luxury high-rise environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with building operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team member.
• Manage guest suite and scheduling for move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinate package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Assist with scheduling resident activities and programs.
• Maintain local area information for residents and relationships with vendors.
