You will greet visitors, handle calls, coordinate amenity reservations, and support daily operations while maintaining a tidy reception and a positive, can-do attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability required; ability to pick up extra shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Greet tenants, guests and prospects; respond to questions promptly.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and stocked with materials (pens, forms, brochures).
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces and loading dock.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance needs.
• Work scheduled shifts; perform other duties as needed.

Job Overview

From warmly greeting guests to providing personalized assistance, you’ll be the friendly, reliable presence our residents depend on. Key Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service – Building a good rapport with tenants and going above and beyond whenever possible
• Meet and greet all visitors such as tenants, guests and prospects
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destination
• Coordinate reservation for amenity space, loading elevators and loading dock
• Complete daily building walks, looking for maintenance items, reorganizing furniture/décor and cleaning up whenever needed
• Work scheduled shifts
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong customer service background
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work holidays required. Flexibility to pick up additional shifts, as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people
• Self-motivated and high energy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity

Virginia Compensation Range: $18 USD - $22 USD
