Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with arrivals, and escort when needed.
• Provide information on hotel services, restaurants and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest reservations, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel hours, services, and offerings.
