Qualifications

• Luxury sales and hospitality experience, preferably within short-term rentals or hospitality.
• Impeccable verbal and written English with a professional phone presence.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Resourceful problem solving and client care.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter who anticipates needs and drives enhancements.
• Willing to operate across multiple luxury properties; valid US driver's license and transportation.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries across booking platforms in a timely, polished manner.
• Be the first point of contact via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Qualify and vet prospective guests to align with brand standards.
• Guide clients through booking with a consultative approach.
• Act as liaison for guests from booking through departure.
• Anticipate guest needs and curate concierge services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Cultivate relationships with past guests and drive new opportunities.
