Alila Ventana Big Sur is seeking a Guest Services Specialist/Concierge to craft personalized experiences for guests from pre-arrival to departure. You will work with Front Office, Guest Services, Culinary, and resort teams to deliver seamless luxury service and heartfelt connections.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication, and knowledge of Big Sur's attractions. A flexible schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Prior luxury hotel concierge or guest services experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Big Sur attractions or eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presence.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; multitask under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with guests prior to arrival to learn preferences and craft itineraries.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, and bespoke activities for each guest.
• Collaborate with F&B and Culinary teams to coordinate dining experiences and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and with care.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and VIP details to personalize each visit.
• Support Front Desk during check-ins/check-outs and lobby interactions.
