Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training is required.
• Experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• Pool Operator certification; EPA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting systems across the property.
• Monitor and maintain pool per health codes and safety standards.
• Respond to maintenance requests and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in villa/offsite maintenance and coordinate with management on major repairs.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet service standards and guest expectations.
