Job summary

Nobu Malibu in Malibu, CA is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across Concierge, Bell/Valet, Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage, ensuring guests receive quality service before and during their stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required.
• Some college or college degree preferred.
• Degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Two years of Guest Services management experience in a similar resort or luxury hotel.
• Ability to utilize computer software and hardware.
• Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Concierge, Bell/Valet, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B.
• Ensure quality guest service before and during stays; handle guest requests and complaints.
• Assist with HR, financial and general administrative tasks.
• Conduct and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Maintain safety, grooming, and service standards; comply with policies.
