FirstService Residential in Dallas seeks a proactive concierge for a luxury residential community. You will deliver 5-star service, warmly greet residents and guests, and coordinate reservations, transportation, and personal services to ensure memorable experiences.

You will maintain an active front desk presence, stay informed about local attractions, and build relationships with local businesses and VIPs to fulfill resident requests, while following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or property management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
