Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking an energetic Concierge to assist guests with itineraries and recommendations for Palms venues, experiences, and surrounding attractions. You will engage guests with a friendly demeanor, promote restaurants and events, and ensure accurate handling of guest requests in a fast-paced casino-hotel environment.

The role requires strong English communication, exceptional guest service, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while protecting guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Preference for 1 year of similar experience in Vegas hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed goals and customer service standards.
• Comfortable exchanging names with customers.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use computers and calculators.
• Ability to compute basic math quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests' needs by asking open-ended questions to assist with itineraries.
• Be knowledgeable about Palms venues; proactively sell restaurants, events, nightlife, merchandise, and experiences.
• Provide outstanding guest service with enthusiastic greeting and engaging conversations.
• Document and assist with guest questions, requests, complaints or problems.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and property data.
• Stay knowledgeable about all property features, services, and hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
