Job summary

Palms Casino Resort and Palms Place is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. You will lead staff, respond to guest requests, and manage safety and maintenance coordination on assigned floors.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations is required.
• Minimum one-year customer service experience preferred with ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to all guests every time is required.
• Must present a contemporary professional image and adhere to appearance guidelines.
• Knowledge of computers and typing is essential.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English; bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect a minimum of one written room inspection per housekeeper/houseperson daily to ensure high cleaning standards.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop department staff to achieve service and performance standards.
• Oversee PM Program on assigned floors and monitor progress on issues.
• Inventory supplies in locker rooms daily and maintain organization of housekeeping areas.
