Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Owner Relations Property Manager for South Seas on Captiva Island, FL. You will direct the Property Services Team to maintain interiors and common areas, coordinate maintenance with owners and vendors, and recruit new units into the rental/lease program.

The role requires 2-5 years in property management, a valid driver's license, and US work authorization. It is a highly active outdoor position with a 40-50 hour schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of the hospitality and property management fields.
• Requires highly developed communication skills to negotiate and influence.
• Ability to make decisions with general policies and procedures guidance.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate the Owner Services functions between owners and the resort.
• Ensure interior condition and furnishings standards of assigned units.
• Inspect homes in the Home Inspection Program twice per month and report findings.
