The role requires 1–2 years in a luxury hotel setting, English fluency, and US work authorization. Knowledge of Vail and surrounding areas is essential, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar luxury-hotel concierge role.
• Ability to multi-task on several guest requests simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and hotel operating software such as OPERA/MS Office.
• Knowledge of Vail and surrounding communities.
• Fluency in English is required; US work authorization is necessary; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests with personalized recommendations.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve issues when possible.
• Provide information, tickets, reservations, directions, and local venue details.
• Assist with front office or bell stand duties as needed.
