Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel meetings, events, and functions.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Answer calls and dispatch the appropriate associates.
• Coordinate services to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist guests with visiting points of interest and reservations.
• Upsell dining options and restaurant recommendations.
• Manage lobby activity flow and safety procedures.
• Act quickly in emergencies and follow safety protocols.
