Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will answer calls and emails, provide availability information, and assist other departments with reservation inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment. Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, providing accurate information on availability.
• Assist with group blocks and input reservations; review pickup.
• Assist HRCC with questions about reservations.
• Maintain suite reservation requests and inventory controls to maximize revenue.
• Review advance deposit reservations and correct as needed.

About Our Property

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39‑acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

As a Reservations Agent, you would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Answer all reservations telephone calls and e‑mails in a friendly manner, using clear English communication. When processing e‑mails or listening to callers, ensures a clear understanding of their inquiries and requests. Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information. Assist other departments such as Sales, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office with reservation related questions.
• Assist with group blocks including communicating with internal/external clients, inputting of reservations. Reviews pick up.
• Assist HRCC with questions, problems or concerns that arise concerning reservations made at the hotel.
• Maintain suite reservation request process and inventory controls for all suites and other room accommodations, as needed, to maximize revenue and meet customer needs.
• Review advance deposit reservations and make corrections as needed.

This is a full‑time position, the ideal candidate must have Saturday and Sunday availability.
