Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will help servers, bus and reset tables, greet guests with water service, and ensure the dining room and patio are clean and ready for service.

The role emphasizes delivering a warm, attentive guest experience, maintaining smooth service flow, and adhering to hotel policies while supporting a luxury dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Prior luxury / upscale dining experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
• Assist Server with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department.
• Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
