Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in luxury hospitality marketing preferred.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated resort marketing strategies across digital, social, email, web, and on-property channels.
• Protect and evolve the resort's voice and visual identity.
• Market the full resort experience across guestrooms, dining, spa, pools, and events.
• Collaborate with F&B to plan campaigns for restaurants, bars, and experiences.
• Develop campaigns to increase bookings and on-site revenue.
• Manage social media strategy and local partnerships to grow awareness.
