Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join the team at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix as a Server Assistant. You will support the service team by assisting servers, bussing and resetting tables, greeting guests with water service, and ensuring the dining room and patio remain clean, organized, and prepared for service.

Experience in food and beverage or luxury dining is preferred, with a Maricopa Food Handlers Card required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior luxury/upscale dining experience preferred.
• Maricopa Food Handlers Card is required to work in the role.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Assist servers with bussing and resetting tables and serving beverages.
• Greet guests with water service and maintain a warm guest experience.
• Ensure the dining room and patio are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
• Report any defects or needs for repair to management.
