Elysé New York is seeking a curious, well-connected Concierge to serve as a personal host, trusted advisor, and ambassador of the hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will translate Forbes Five-Star standards into guest-facing service with warmth, discretion, and impeccable judgment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in luxury concierge, guest relations, or VIP services.
• Strong discretion and ability to manage multiple guest requests.
• Excellent interpersonal and polished communication skills.
• Experience with Forbes Five-Star service standards preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Les Clefs d'Or membership or eligibility is a plus.
