Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Les Clefs d'Or USA membership preferred.
• 3–5 years of concierge or luxury hospitality experience in New York City.
• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of New York City restaurants, attractions, transportation, and entertainment venues.
• Established relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers across the city.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive guest information.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel property management and concierge software systems.

Requirements

• Active membership in Les Clefs d'Or USA preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of concierge or luxury hospitality experience, ideally within a five‑star hotel in New York City.
• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of New York City restaurants, attractions, transportation, and entertainment venues.
• Established relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers across the city.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
