Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a dedicated concierge to provide exceptional, 5-star service in a luxury residential setting. You will greet residents, manage front desk operations, and arrange transportation, dining, and events with a strong knowledge of the local area.

The role emphasizes outstanding communication, organization, and discretion while building relationships with local businesses and VIPs. The position is full-time, on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• A degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and professional with residents and guests.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and direct them at the front desk.
• Maintain an active front desk presence and monitor access to the property.
• Handle concierge duties such as transportation, reservations, personal shopping, and event planning.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and VIPs to fulfill resident requests.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and community amenities.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports; respond to emergencies.
• Represent the company standards for resident and guest services.
• Assist in training of concierge staff.
