Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Concierge to provide 5-star, resident-focused service in a luxury residential setting in Dallas. You will greet residents, assist with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations while maintaining discretion and a professional demeanor.

The role requires a high school diploma (hospitality/business degree preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and experience in high-end hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• A degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is also a plus.
• Minimum of one year of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining composed.
• Must be friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and able to maintain professional distance from residents and guests.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while acting with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information system hardware/software; able to type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property.
• Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk; monitors visitors and controls access; reviews access cameras and reports suspicious activity.
• Handles concierge duties including mail processing, reservations, transportation, personal shopping, and coordinating services.
• Develops relationships with local businesses and VIPs to fulfill resident requests.
• Maintains familiarity with community amenities and provides directions.
• Follows Front Desk procedures including Daily Activity Reports and incident reports; responds to emergencies.
• Upholds company standards for resident and guest services.
• Performs front desk and back-of-house administrative tasks as requested.
• Resolves resident/guest concerns professionally and timely; reports to GM or Lead Concierge as needed.
• Maintains professional demeanor and appearance.
• Assists in training concierge staff.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as directed.
