Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Concierge in the Dallas area to deliver five-star customer service to residents and guests in a luxury community. You will greet visitors, manage front desk duties, handle mail and packages, and arrange transportation, dining, spa, and entertainment reservations.

The role requires a strong knowledge of the local area, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A degree in hospitality management or business administration is strongly desired.
• Fluency in foreign languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property.
• Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk and monitors access to the property.
• Handles concierge duties including mail, reservations, transportation, shopping, and event arrangements.
• Develops knowledge of local attractions and services to enhance resident experiences.
• Maintains familiarity with community amenities and events and provides directions.
