Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
- Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, exteriors and appliances.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and relationships.
- Strong organization and self-motivation with task focus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain appearance, safety, and cleanliness of community and grounds.
- Respond to service requests with troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Perform apartment turns and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, pool, exteriors).
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to uphold standards and resident experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on service quality.
