GCI Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Blu Aventura, a brand-new luxury lease-up in Aventura, FL. You will help deliver exceptional resident experiences by keeping the community well-maintained, safe, and operating to high standards.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in multifamily maintenance.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair experience.
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain.
- Customer-focused approach and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain overall appearance, cleanliness, safety of the community and grounds.
- Respond to resident service requests with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Perform apartment turns and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool, and exteriors.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to uphold standards and resident experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment with quality service.
