Job summary

MLP Management, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs across communities, with on-site responsibilities and an on-call rotation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II, and painting/make-ready skills. Yardi experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience, at least 3 in multi-family properties.
• EPA Certification Type I & II is required.
• Make-ready and painting experience is required.
• CPO Certification preferred; Class A maintenance experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Must be available to be on-call as required.
• Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community.
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs timely and professionally.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Complete make-readies including painting.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and rules.
