Gables Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our community, addressing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks while maintaining the property to meet the Gables Standard. You will ensure a positive living experience for residents and support on-call rotations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across the property, including inspections and preventative work, with a focus on quality and timely completion. Join a team committed to exceptional service and community care.

Qualifications

• Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community.
• Flexible for on-call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year.
• Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
• Committed to the community’s overall appearance and ensuring vacant and occupied homes meet the Gables Standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and deliver a positive living experience for residents.
• Respond to maintenance requests across the community and perform tasks in a timely manner.
