Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Willingness to work on-call on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and ensure a positive living experience for residents.
• Handle touch-up painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
• Be available on a rotational on-call schedule throughout the year.
