Fantastic Finishes, part of Collision Partners, seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first and last impression of our luxury collision repair facility. You will build relationships, solve problems, and deliver a white-glove customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Based in West Palm Beach, this in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, offering competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a growing platform.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience in automotive, collision repair, or dealership setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; calm, professional, empathetic in difficult conversations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE or similar collision repair management software.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every customer with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Answer calls and emails, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries.
• Guide customers through the repair process from initial contact to delivery.
• Communicate repair status updates, including delays or insurance issues.
• Coordinate rental vehicles and transportation logistics when needed.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians, insurance representatives, and partners.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and process payments and paperwork.
• Maintain customer files and documentation in CCC ONE; assist with general office tasks.
• Support a clean, welcoming reception area and assist the team as needed.
