Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of our customer experience. The role supports customers through the repair journey, coordinates insurance details, and ensures seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance information.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services for a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers via the service advisor or backup staff.
• Assist customer communication throughout the repair process as needed.
• Maintain DRP logs, appointments, and rate capture for assignments.
• Support invoice reconciliation and payments as part of daily tasks.
