Caliber Collision in Wellington is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to welcome customers in person or by phone, assess needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You may assist estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation while ensuring accurate paperwork and clear, proactive communication.

Requirements include 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance and respond quickly to requests.
• Assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare required paperwork for repairs.
• Deliver active customer service while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
