Job summary

Equinox seeks a Membership Sales Advisor for our premium Washington, DC location. You will drive membership sales and ancillary services, lead in‑club outreach, and build lasting member relationships. This is a full‑time role with an incentive‑based salary, requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

You will collaborate with management to meet sales targets, host events, and participate in club services while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in‑club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre‑planning activities including strategic outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport with prospective and current members.
• Operate under the leadership of a General Manager and Regional Sales Manager with knowledge of all club services.
