Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a friendly and professional front desk/guest services associate to welcome members and their guests at the club entrances and exits. Training will provide knowledge about club offerings and ongoing education to support exceptional service and discretion.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to areas of the club, answering calls, processing guest fees, and assisting with class information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced club environment.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to discretion and guest privacy.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet members and guests as they enter the club.
• Answer phones with an upbeat tone using the standard greeting.
• Assist guests by escorting members to desired areas of the club.
• Maintain daily/weekly inventory and keep front desk stocked.
• Lookup member information on the computer and process guest fees and services.
• Assist members with class selections and inform them when classes are held.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor within the Member Services Department.
