Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a courteous Member Services Associate to welcome members and guests at entrances and exits, providing friendly, discreet service and information about club offerings. You will assist with class selection and look up member details to process fees accurately.

You will maintain inventory, keep the Front Desk stocked, answer phones with a bright greeting, and uphold the luxury standard through professional, personable interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Discretion and professional appearance required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at entrances/exits.
• Answer phones with a cheerful greeting.
• Assist members in class selection and inform class schedules.
• Look up member information and process fees accurately.
• Maintain daily/weekly inventory and keep Front Desk stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
