Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications across email, social media platforms, online review sites, and phone calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries, direct messages, comments, and online reviews with professionalism and a warm, service-oriented approach.
• Initiate post-visit communications to nurture client relationships, encourage engagement, and gather valuable feedback.
• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments through phone, email, and website inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Represent the brand through thoughtful, informative, and personalized communication across all touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records within CRM systems.
