Job summary

Fourth Floor in Las Vegas is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Sales Associate to join the Client Relations team. The role blends luxury customer service, digital sales, and relationship management across phone, email, live chat, and other online channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or luxury retail with strong communication skills and a proven ability to close sales. This hybrid role requires flexibility for diverse schedules and travel to support outbound clienteling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or related client-facing role.
• Luxury retail or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong sales skills and ability to close sales.
• Ability to multi-task across phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service and sales support across phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Handle inbound inquiries with outbound follow-up to develop ongoing client relationships.
• Identify needs, recommend products, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Process merchandise orders originating through phone and online channels with high accuracy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-up and proactive clienteling.
• Maintain accurate client information within CRM and customer management systems.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding products, availability, services, launches, and other inquiries.
• Partner with retail locations and internal teams to coordinate referrals and fulfill client requests.
• Meet established sales goals, service standards, KPIs, and response times.
• Stay current on product knowledge, launches, campaigns, and internal processes.
• Support special projects and outbound clienteling initiatives as needed.
