Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Client Relations to support the client-facing team by managing operational processes, systems, orders, stock, and performance reporting. This role helps improve the client experience, support sales growth, and ensure service targets are met.

Based in Grand Prairie, TX, the role requires a college or technical degree and at least 5 years in luxury retail or a service-focused industry, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• College or technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or service industry with an emphasis on luxury culture.
• Experience with call center operations, SAP, and client services or CRM tools.
• Experience establishing processes and workflows and integrating systems solutions.
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and technical learning skills.
• Ability to support clients and develop and motivate teams with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of client cases, team performance data, operational systems, and issue resolution.
• Manage corporate sales orders, payment processing, fulfillment coordination, personalization, and order communications.
• Monitor client satisfaction performance, analyze feedback, and develop solutions to improve the experience.
• Coordinate stock requests, visibility, inventory, and transfers for client relations orders.
• Maintain the knowledge database, train team members, and develop operational processes and roadmaps.
• Test system updates, support special projects, and report operational challenges and opportunities.
